Our Healthcare assistants will support your clients to lead fulfilling lives based upon their personal support needs. They will work to the standards set internally and externally by the (Care Quality Commission), doing all they can to make sure that your client come to no harm and that the people we support are satisfied with the level of support they receive. We will achieve these by communicating with individuals and by following the principles of Person Centred Active Support (PCAS)
Our healthcare assistants will help in house service users with their daily task in-line with their support plan. They will also encourage service users to make choices and life decisions in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act requirement.
